Bookings are confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon. We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the appliance and providing accurate information about the appliance's condition. Any issues not disclosed in advance may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
While we take great care in providing our services, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your appliances or property. Any claims must be reported immediately after the service is completed.
Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods as stated at the time of booking.
